Q: If I can’t make the ride, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you register and cannot make the ride. The Beach Century Bike Tour is a fundraising event to benefit the We Promise Foundation, so your registration still benefits a great cause. You may wish to consider selling your spot to another rider and if you are successful, please ask your replacement rider to advise us of the change at check-in.
Q: What should I bring on the ride?
Plenty of water or sport drinks, medications, energy food, tools for minor repairs, money for emergencies, rain gear, your ID and a card with emergency contact information. If you have a cell phone, bring it, and all riders must wear a helmet (mandatory). iPods and other electronic devices are discouraged. Enjoy the scenery and nature – but if you must plug-in, please be aware of your surroundings!
